Summer Reading Challenge – Wild World Heroes

Across Staffordshire Libraries, we are excited to share that this year’s Summer Reading Challenge has now officially been launched!

This year, Staffordshire Libraries we will be working alongside the World Wildlife Fund and the theme of Wild World Heroes couldn’t be better. Through reading and little challenges, children will be encouraged to consider the environment, saving the planet and conservation.

The Summer Reading Challenge helps to maintain children’s reading levels over the summer holidays and is important in supporting their literacy and language skills.

Children are able to register at their local library as they have done on previous years, but this time they will also be able to register online for a blended approach.
