Road Traffic Order – Heathcote Street, Kidsgrove – Information from Staffordshire County Council

NOTICE is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council on 28th October 2021 made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of Heathcote Street in Kidsgrove from its junction with A50 Liverpool Road and continuing to its junction with King Street, unless the vehicle is being used in connection with the works; or unless the vehicle requires access to premises on the length of road or is being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

The order will come into operation on 1st November 2021 and the said works (which will start at 09:30) will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated that the works will be completed by 19th November 2021 (at approximately 16:30). The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, or until the carriageway works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
