If you have not received a household waste collection, please continue to leave your bin out and we will get to you as soon as possible.For recycling collections, present your recycling on your next collection day and we will take extra.Our crews empty 25,500 bins per day and have been working hard to catch up, including weekends. These are your neighbours, friends, and family members – doing their very best. Over Christmas and New Year waste volumes increase by 20% . We know that disrupted collections can be frustrating, please bear with us.
