Cold Weather Support
When the weather turns very cold. We activate the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) to help keep people safe who may otherwise be sleeping rough.
SWEP is put in place when temperatures are forecast to drop to 0 degrees or below, below at any time between 1st November 2025 and 31st March 2026
