Summer Reading Challenge
Starting off on 5 July and themed ‘Story Garden’, it invites children and families to delve into the enchanting world of stories intertwined with the beauty of nature.
The event is one of our Libraries and Arts Service’s most popular activities, having signed up almost 10,000 children and young people for last year’s challenge 

Running throughout the summer holidays, the challenge aims to encourage children aged four to eleven to read at least six books of their choice, earning rewards and stickers along the way.
