Say hello to some of the on-call firefighters here at Kidsgrove Community Fire Station.
Located on Lower Ash Road, the fire station is home to a number of on-call firefighters who attend a range of fire and rescue emergencies.
On-call firefighters are fully trained employees of the Fire Service and will be called out when they’re needed.
The role is flexible, rewarding and paid. They make a difference in their community, help others in their time of need.
They are able to work the hours that work for them and earn an income while doing so.
