Kidsgrove Town Council is working in partnership with Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council and additional external agencies to provide a Warm Space for local residents
The Borough Council will provide a face-to-face triage facility without the need for residents to travel
Services which can be accessed through the triage facility include:-
- Council Tax and benefits
- Planning information
- Waste and recycling advice
- Environmental health services
- Streetscene services
- Discounted senior railcard codes
- Referral to other local authorities and external services
